You depend on your backup generator to work when you need it, don't neglect its regular maintenance.
We are happy to now offer maintenance services to customers with existing backup generators.
Each package includes these essential services:
- Check oil levels
- Check air filter
- Check air in-take & clean if needed
- Check battery, battery posts & cables and charger for loose connections, corrosion and proper operation
- Visually inspect for leaks, wear, damage, loose connections or abnormal operation conditions
- Exercise machine to check status, run history and run times
- Return to stand by for operation if needed
- Notify customer of status of generator
- Test transfer switch at owner's request
Choose from one of four great approarches to your existing generators.
Basic - Two inspections per year, with one oil, oil filter, spark plugs and airfilter change.
Classic - Four inspections per year with one oil, oil filter, spark plugs and airfilter change.
Total - Six inspections per year with one oil filter, spark plugs and airfilter change, and two oil changes.
Premium - Twelve inspections per year with two oil, oil filter, spark plugs and airfilter changes.
Premium maintenace subscribers also benefit from waived travel fees for non-warranty work.
